Every day, 27 Canadians will be diagnosed with a brain tumour. While they are rare,they are often deadly. Founded in 1982, Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada is the only national charity dedicated to finding the cause of and cure for brain tumours while improving the quality of life for all those affected.

Brain tumour patients and survivors face many challenges as they establish their ‘new normal’ once diagnosed. The uncertainties of medical appointments and treatments, the loss of opportunities to enjoy simple things that enable one to live their life fully. The brain makes us who we are and when impacted by a brain tumour the results can be devastating.
